Kitchen Knock Pty Ltd. warranty policy is subject to the following terms:
1.Kitchen Knock Pty Ltd. will take all reasonable measures to provide customers with qualified products.
2.Kitchen Knock Pty Ltd. will not provide any replacement nor new items until the warranty solution is given.
3.Kitchen Knock Pty Ltd. will only connect to the person or company with the corresponding name on the invoice. Guests who purchase from Kitchen Knock Pty Ltd. customers please communicate with your seller and ask your seller to contact Kitchen Knock Pty Ltd. .
4.If under any circumstances where certain goods may differ in acceptable workmanship, Kitchen Knock Pty Ltd. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to replace or repair any goods to remedy any problem due to workmanship or material defects. If the product cannot be repaired or replaced, Kitchen Knock Pty Ltd. reserves the right to provide a refund for the product. Any items repaired or replaced during this warranty period are only covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.
5.Kitchen Knock Pty Ltd. has no responsibility to repair or replace the goods, nor to remedy any problem due to workmanship or material defects, unless the customer has provided proper and complete details of the defects in the goods on the warranty.
6.If Kitchen Knock Pty Ltd. provides repair and warranty for the goods, the customer must allow Kitchen Knock Pty Ltd. have access to the goods for inspection and repair. In remote areas outside Sydney, customers must allow and accept any form of warranty provided by Kitchen Knock Pty Ltd..
7.The warranty is invalid if the goods are not maintained and serviced, or if the goods are misused, negligent or accidental, mishandled, serviced by an unauthorized person, or the goods are not paid in full on the claim date. The Customer shall not carry out any remedial work on the allegedly defective product without the prior written consent of Kitchen Knock Pty Ltd.. If the Customer fails to provide Kitchen Knock Pty Ltd. with written notice of any alleged breach of the above warranty within the specified time, Kitchen Knock Pty Ltd. will be released from any obligation or liability arising from the breach of the warranty. The above warranty applies only to the Customer and does not apply to others.
8.The Customer acknowledges and agrees that they have not relied on any statement made by Kitchen Knock Pty Ltd., and its relevant employees about the purchase for any purpose and that Kitchen Knock Pty Ltd. assumes no responsibility.
9.Customer acknowledges that, to the fullest extent permitted by law, the provisions of terms, conditions and warranties implied in any Act or Law (including but not limited to TPA), or any other warranties terms and conditions that may apply to or arise from an agreement between Kitchen Knock Pty Ltd. and Customer in respect of the goods are expressly excluded.
10.Goods returns to the Kitchen Knock Pty Ltd. warehouse under warranty applies to any item that can be carried and placed in a standard vehicle, and delivered to the relevant personnel of Kitchen Knock Pty Ltd.. The customer is responsible for and bears the costs incurred in the warranty including but not limited to installation costs, spare parts costs, etc.
11.Kitchen Knock Pty Ltd. provides a warranty period of 12 months from the date of invoice generation for regular products in the warehouse. Work Bench and Over Shelf products are provided for 3 years, showroom use parts are provided for 6 months, and no warranty is provided for used stock, accessories, customization and clearance products. Within the warranty period, you can contact the relevant personnel to initiate the application for the warranty goods (or download and fill in the application form on the official website of Kitchen Knock Pty Ltd. and send it to the relevant personnel). Original invoice details, warranty problem descriptions, photos and/or videos are required as a part of the Application. If the application is processed successful the goods are required to be returned to the Kitchen Knock Pty Ltd. warehouse within 14 days, otherwise the application will automatically become invalid after 14 days.. In addition, the warranty policy does not cover cases that Kitchen Knock Pty Ltd. determines fall into the following categories:
11.1Small Ware
11.1.1The glass or plastic parts of the goods are damaged
11.1.2Consumable parts, including but not limited to fuses, heating elements, lamps, batteries, handles, locks, hinges, filters, oil, etc.
11.1.3Goods not installed in accordance with Kitchen Knock Pty Ltd. specifications and requirements, or goods that are not installed in accordance with the instructions.
11.1.4Negligence, misuse, accidence, not using goods for the purpose for which they were designed
11.1.5Move goods when loading or storing any items
11.1.6Force majeure and unforeseen events (natural disasters, disturbances, irregular power supply, etc.)
11.1.7Repair and replace goods without original serial numbers
11.1.8Damage and abrasion caused by improper use of cleanser, bleach or other chemical additives
11.1.9Use under conditions of ambient temperature, humidity, heat and cold source, and improper conditions
11.1.10Damage caused by modification of the goods without prior authorization of Kitchen Knock Pty Ltd.
11.1.11Normal wear and tear
11.1.12For use outside the country of purchase
11.1.13The faucet must be installed by a qualified plumber
11.2Electric Appliance
11.2.1The glass or plastic parts of the goods are damaged
11.2.2Consumable parts, including but not limited to fuses, heating elements, lamps, batteries, handles, locks, hinges, filters, oil, etc.
11.2.3Goods not installed in accordance with Kitchen Knock Pty Ltd. specifications and requirements, or goods that are not installed in accordance with the instructions.
11.2.4Negligence, misuse, accidence, not using goods for the purpose for which they were designed

11.2.6Force majeure and unforeseen events (natural disasters, disturbances, irregular power supply, etc.)
11.2.7Repair and replace goods without original serial numbers

Kitchen Knock Pty Ltd. does not provide any kind of warranty and only supply accessories and components, but does not include the cost of accessories procurement, transportation, installation, etc.
