Kitchen Knock Refund Policy

Inspection & Returns:

The packaging of Goods shall be kept complete and in its original quality and original form; Customer can contact the relevant personnel to initiate the application for return and replacement Within 15 days from the date of purchase(check following form for details), and ensure that the goods are returned to the Kitchen Knock warehouse within 14 days after the successful application. The application requires original invoice details, reasons for return, and photos or videos as evidence.

Acceptance of the Goods must occur immediately following delivery and is established if the Customer signifies by words or conduct that the Goods are conforming or that the Customer retains them despite their nonconformity or deals with them in a way inconsistent with the Kitchen Knock office. The Customer may reject them on good grounds after a reasonable opportunity to inspect them. The rejection must immediately be communicated to Kitchen Knock in writing, with full particulars of the nonconformity. If payment arrangements are in place, they must be honored upon acceptance. If payment has been made, it will either be refunded by Kitchen Knock or credited towards payment of replacement Goods for the nonconforming Goods. All returned products must remain intact (keep the original quality and package). The Customer can return or exchange orders within (15) days from the invoiced date.
