At Kitchen Knock, we always strive to ensure our customers are 100% satisfied with the products they order. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please refer to our refund policy below:

Eligibility for Refund

You are eligible for a refund if you find a defect in the product, or the product you received is not as described on our website. Please note, to qualify for a refund, the request must be made within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Condition of Product

To qualify for a FULL refund, the product MUST be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as it was received.

Restocking Fee

We strive to maintain the quality of our products and ensure that all items are in top condition for the next customer. Therefore, we’ve established the following restocking fees:

No Restocking Fee

If the product is returned within 7 days, in its original packaging, and shows no signs of use, we will offer a full refund with no restocking fee.

10% Restocking Fee: If the item is returned in its original packaging without any signs of use but beyond one week without a reasonable cause, or if the item shows minor signs of use but is otherwise in good condition, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

15% Restocking Fee: For any items that are returned disassembled or reassembled, a 15% restocking fee will apply.

20% Restocking Fee: If the item is returned without the original packaging, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Items Not Eligible for Refund

Opened or used items, customized items, or any items beyond the 14-day refund period may not be eligible for a refund.
Please note, items showing clear signs of use are not eligible for a refund.

Refund Processing

Once we have received and confirmed the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. The refund will be returned to your original mode of payment.

Right of Interpretation

Kitchen Knock reserves the right to interpret and explain these policies as we see fit. If there is any doubt or ambiguity about the refund policy, please reach out to us for clarification.
